SIG 4 Perspectives on Fluency and Fluency Disorders, December 2003, Vol. 13, 1-2. doi:10.1044/ffd13.2.1-a
Beginning in January 2004, I will be serving as the new Editor of the Division 4 Perspectives in Fluency and Fluency Disorders. I accept this job with a bit of awe because of the impressive list of past editors. Gordon Blood, Ted Peters, Charles Healey, Hugo Gregory, Bob Quesal, and Nancy Hall have all served as Editors for the Newsletter. Their tireless work and outstanding ideas have shaped Perspectives into what it is today. I sincerely hope that I can continue in their footsteps.
During the upcoming year, I will continue to solicit your help to keep Perspectives interesting and timely. Many of the articles that appear will come from the Division Leadership conferences, others will be solicited to tackle a particular issue, while others may come unsolicited from the membership at large. I would like to remind everyone that these articles are peer-reviewed and that not everything submitted will be published! This allows for a quality publication and interesting reading.
