Mark Your Calendars! The 2012 Special Interest Group (SIG) 4 Coordinating Committee, including Barbara Amster, Judy Kuster, and Holly Nover, is looking forward to the 2012 ASHA Convention in Atlanta! The SIG 4 members meeting is scheduled for Friday from 12:30–1:30 in the Convention Center Room B301 and will include a boxed lunch! Please check the SIG 4 Community or ASHA Convention information for the SIG 4 meeting location.
The SIG 4 invited speakers for the 2012 ASHA convention have been secured. Judith Kuster will be presenting the SIG 4 Invited Short Course on “Filling Fluency Files Affordably: Netting for Stuttering Information and Materials” Saturday from 8:30–11:30 a.m. in Convention Center Room 310. This Short Course will feature “online collaborations for finding evidence-based treatment for stuttering, free or inexpensive online continuing education offerings, and appropriate search strategies for uncovering information and materials about stuttering.” Dr. Kuster also continues to provide a wealth of information on stuttering and stuttering disorders on The Stuttering Homepage.
